After our contact, we’ll quickly confirm the price of the artwork you’ve chosen and determine if the work is in our inventory stock or if we will be acquiring the work on your behalf from another source. If the work you desire is in our inventory, we can immediately arrange for quick delivery and usually have the work hanging on your wall within just a few days. Payment is simple and safe via check or credit card.

If you require, we can easily provide you with further details, photographs and/or answers to questions that may not be presently addressed in our site. Our goal is to provide you with real-time, personalized service and provide any additional information that may not have been discussed online – information that will help to assist in your transaction and make your purchase experience hassle-free.

We feel that an artist’s time, skill and energy is best spent on creating your fine art, not on measuring bubble wrap. Our skilled professional shippers may not be the best painters, but you can count on them to prepare and ship your art with the finest care and in the shortest time possible.

Regarding shipping, our cost is what you pay. It’s as simple as that. While some other online galleries and galleries can schedule their shipping charges based on your TOTAL DOLLAR PURCHASE, we base your shipping charges individually, based solely on the SIZE AND WEIGHT of the item purchased. The following example will clarify how this benefits you. RETURNS
Although our return rate has been close to zero over the past decade, returning works of art purchased from our inventory is very simple. Within three days of receipt of the work of art (e.g. if you receive the work on a Wednesday, we’ll need to have your return request by that Friday), you may return the work after you've contacted us by telephone. It must be securely packed in the original carton and in the same condition as it was delivered and insured by you for the full purchase price. Once we receive and inspect the work, we'll immediately provide you a full refund of the cost of the artwork or an exchange credit for another work.

For works of art that we have brokered for you, which were not sold from our in-stock inventory (acquired from another dealer or resource), these also may be returned to us within three days of receipt of the work of art. Call us by telephone prior to returning any artwork. Once we receive it securely packed in the original carton and in the same condition as it was delivered and insured by you for the full purchase price. Once we receive and inpect the work, we'll immediately provide an exchange credit for another work. In some cases, based on individual circumstances and the policy of our associate resources from which we are acquiring the work on your behalf, some brokered artwork can actually be returned for a full refund of the cost of the artwork. We will make every effort to guarantee this upon your purchase. These details will be addressed and clarified upon your request to purchase any brokered artwork.
